Stress and its Disorders
For those who are
feeling overwhelmed, there is a way to manage your stress and “get on top of it”!

disorders in America today. Current research data reveals stress to be:

The cause of all of
the top five mental health issues in women in America and |
 |
The cause of the
second through fifth top five mental health issues in men in America, with
number one being drug and alcohol abuse (which is also often stress induced).
|
Stress disorders are the mental health issues that result from
too much stress. They include:
 |
Panic and anxiety, |
 |
Phobias, |
 |
Obsessive thoughts
and compulsive behaviors and |
 |
Depression.
|

This workshop addresses:

The causes and
symptoms of generalized stress, |

success rates with a combination of counseling and medication. (Medication
alone has a very poor success rate when looking at objective symptoms.)
